team, offer traditional Aeolian dishes, with
sometimes a personal touch, but always with his
creed in mind: lightness and Mediterranean.
His cuisine is based on the fresh local
products, in particular from the richness of the sea, which
he always chose personally.
Captivating smells and deep colors characterize the
wine list suggested in the restaurant, with a
selection of approximately 150 Sicilian wines, of which
the small wine production of the island of Salina.

best suit to the scrumptious dishes offered.
The cellar also abounds with Italian and international
