Booking
& Cancellation policy
Payment
The base currency is Euro.
All prices are quoted in Euro unless otherwise specified.
Conversion to other currencies will be made at a standard
Cerf Island Resort exchange rate.
Payment terms are as
follows :

50% deposit to secure
the reservation.

Full payment should be
received by Cerf Island Resort one month prior to
arrival. The reservation may otherwise be lost and
cancellation charges will apply.

If booking is made
less than one month before arrival, full payment is
required to secure the reservation.

Payment can be made by
bank transfer, Visa or MasterCard. Purchases during the
stay must be settled upon checkout by cash, Visa or
MasterCard.

Visa and MasterCard
payments are accepted in Euro only. Therefore all
payments made by card will be converted at the Cerf
Island Resort rate to Euro.
Cancellation policy
There
is no refund for under stays cancellation.
Cancellations
of reservations must be in writing, by email or fax directly
to Cerf Island Resort Reservations Department.
Cerf
Island Resort may charge for cancellations and "No
Shows" as follows:
There
is a minimum of 10% of total stay for all cancellations.
80%
of total stay for cancellations between 7 and 28 days prior to
arrival.
100%
of total stay for cancellations made 7 days or less prior to
arrival.
100%
of total stay for "no shows".
There is a
minimum of 10% of total stay for all cancellations.
50% of total
stay for cancellations between 10 and 21 days prior to arrival.
80%
of total stay for cancellations between 9 and 3 days prior to
arrival.
100% of total
stay for cancellations made 2 days or less prior to arrival.
100% of total
stay for "no shows".
