About the rates

• The above rates are for room only (breakfast is a la carte)

• Rates are quoted in USD

• Rates per room, per nigh, either single or double occupancy

• Amandari provides complimentary arrival and departure transfers.

Service charge & Taxes:

• The above rates are inclusive 10% service charge and applicable government tax at 11%.

• Rates and government tax are subject to change without notice.

Extra Bed / 3rd person supplement:

• Amandari accepts a maximum of three adults per suite or two adults with two children under 12 years of age.

• Extra bed is applicable for third adult or child aged 12 years old or above at 120 USD per night (inclusive tax & service charge).

• Extra person surcharge will not apply for children under 12 years of age, and sharing with guardians.

• Only one bed may be placed in the above mentioned categories.

• The standard check out time is 12:00 noon.

• Check out after 12:00 noon but before 6pm is charged at 50% off the contracted rates.

• A full day room charge is applicable for check out after 6pm.

• However, any request for late check out either paid or complimentary basis is subject to availability and at discretion of the resort management.

• Check in time is 2pm.

No-show & Cancellation policy 

7th January to 31st July, 2011 / 1st September to 21st December, 2011 / 7th January to 30 April, 2012

• Notice of cancellation must be received 15 days prior to arrival.

• In the event of no-show or late cancellation within 14 days, a two room night penalty plus taxes would be applied.

1st to 31st August, 2011 / 22nd December, 2010 to 6th January, 2012

• Notice of cancellation must be received 46 days prior to arrival date.

• In the event of no-show or late cancellation within 45 days, a two room night penalty plus taxes would be applied.
