Politique générale de réservation

• Réservation confirmée : Habituellement, pour obtenir une confirmation de réservation, il faut une garantie par carte de crédit ou par acompte. Ceci vous assure la mise à disposition d'une chambre en cas d'arrivée tardive. Une réservation confirmée vous gardera la chambre toute la nuit. - Nous vous recommandons de réserver le plutôt possible, vu la fort demande auprès de plusieurs de nos établissements membres. 

• Payement : A part les réservations effectuées par l'intermédiaire d'une agence de voyages, le payement de votre séjour se fera directement à l'hôtel, à la fin de votre séjour. - Néanmoins, certains hôtels demande un payement anticipé, partiel ou total, avant votre arrivée (voir politique de réservation de chaque établissement).

• Politique d'annulation : Les annulations doivent être reçues avant l'heure et la date locales indiquées dans les conditions d'annulation ; le manquement à ces conditions pourra avoir comme conséquence que l'hôtel vous débite du montant de l'hébergement. Les politiques d'annulation des hôtels diffèrent ; il faut donc systématiquement les vérifier avant d'effectuer votre réservation.
