Golfer's Haven

In 1908, Stoke Park Club became Britain’s first country club, and home to one of the finest parkland golf course in the world, H. S. Colt’s Stoke Poges. Following the sublime contours of Humphry Repton and ‘Capability’ Brown’s 18th century parkland, this 27 hole championship course is arguably Colt’s finest work. It could be the intelligent design, the refined natural beauty, or the feeling you get when you drop your tee-shot straight onto the green at the signature seventh – but whatever it is, it certainly makes Stoke Poges a course that you cannot play just once.
