Stoke
Park Club leisure activities :

pool :
Sixteen metres long, eight
metres wide and with a constant depth of 4ft6", the indoor
swimming pool is an idyllic place to unwind and relax. Located
within the beautiful and tranquil Pool Hall, with 20 foot

Jacuzzis, perfect for letting life's cares just float away.
And the luxury doesn't stop at
the water's edge. The sumptuous changing facilities, with
under-floor heating and male and female steam rooms, continue
the theme of elegance and style.
Al fresco furniture is in
place outside the Pavilion. Located adjacent to the pool, the
terrace offers secluded sunbathing overlooking the beautiful
parkland. Drinks and food can be served from the Beach Bar.

The
Fitness Studio has a timetable of expertly devised classes that

Tennis
:
Tennis was re-introduced to Stoke Park Club in
1996 when four all weather courts were built. Over the following
three years the tennis membership grew and as social play became
more active a decision was taken to build more courts.
Work soon began on six grass courts. And in
typical Stoke Park Club style, full Wimbledon specification
grass courts were selected, which are now open for play
seasonally through the summer months.
In
September 2002, they opened the new Spa, Health & Racquet
Club which, in addition to the nine outside courts, houses three
indoor carpet courts, giving them a total of 13 courts and the
option of three different surfaces.
There
is a full coaching and social match play programme, which also
incorporates monthly tournaments & events. They also have
tennis teams who compete in the Buckingham Summer Shield
Leagues. Off-court facilities include tennis retail and a full
racquet repair and stringing service, backed up by technical
advice covering all aspects of the modern game, along with a
comprehensive racquet trial service.
For
those of you interested in private tuition, the team of
Professional tennis coaches will be on hand to offer
instruction.

Park Club is home to the Boodle & Dunthorne Champions
