Booking conditions & Cancellation policy 

A three-night deposit is required to secure reservations. This deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled (a written cancellation notice is mandatory) no later than 30 day prior to arrival during high season and 15 days during law season. Should we receive a cancellation after entering these periods, as well as in case of no-show or shortened stay, the deposit would be forfeited. 

For Christmas and New Year's reservations, a 10-night minimum stay is required. Any reservation for this peak period must be guaranteed with a 5 night deposit payable upon confirmation. The remaining balance of the reservation payment should be paid to Hotel Carl Gustaf by 11 November 2005. If a cancellation occurs during the hotel 40-day penalty period, as well as in case of no-show, or shortened stay, the full value of the stay would be forfeited.
