The
table of the Princesse Bora Lodge has as a
reputation to be the best on the island. Within a
single framework you will taste a kitchen of savours
mixing the Creole, French and Malagasy inspirations.
The light and
creative kitchen is dedicated to the sea and the
sun. You will taste the specialties of lobsters,
fish and other shellfish of the day. - You
will also vary the pleasures by discovering the
local dishes with zebu and accompanied by a menu of
local, French and South-African's wines.

The Princesse Bora Bars
The Lodge bar
specialties are the out-of-date rums arranged out of
oak barrels to the evocative perfumes.
You will taste
them on the terrace of the bar, while contemplating
the sunset spectacle avec the lagoon.
During the whales
time and after the outputs at sea, debriefings -
with the scientists of the day observations - are
realized in the second bar, around an intimate log
fire.
The only fireplace
on the island, for a single atmosphere...
