Rates

• Villa rates are quoted in United States Dollars inclusive of all current taxes & Daily breakfast.

• Villa Rates are based on double occupancy per room per night, there are no deductions for single occupancy

• Guests staying 20Dec - 10Jan (inclusive) must stay a minimum of 7 nights

Children policy

• Children rates are applicable between the ages 4 and 12 (inclusive). Age 13 and above will be considered as an adult

• Infants under the age of 4 will only be charged for the Government Bed Tax of US$8.00 per night.

• Infant cots are available free of charge and booked in advance

• 50% discount applicable for children between the ages 4 - 12 on meal supplements.

Villa Occupancy rules

• Grand Pavilions (2 bedroom) maximum occupancy of 4

• All other Villas maximum occupancy of 3 adults OR 2 adults + 1 child (12 years and below). A third bed is provided in the form of daybed

• Complimentary baby cots available for infants below 4 years

• Children over 12 years will be charged at adult room and meal rates

Scenic Air Transfer

• Transfer is by domestic flight from the Male' International Airport to Hanimaadhoo Airport (50 minutes)

• A speed boat journey of 45 minutes from the domestic airport to Manafaru Island

• In line with international flight arrivals and departures both day and night transfers are available

• Due to weather conditions, night transfer may not always be available. In which case, night arrival guests shall overnight in Male' and transfer provided the
  next day on the first available flight.

• Resort reserve the right to increase the transfer rates, if the 3rd party carrier increase the rates due to fuel surcharge imposed by the Government of Maldives.

Check-in / Check-out procedure

• Check-in time is 1400hrs and check-out will be at 1200hrs (local time)

• Where possible early morning arrivals maybe able to check-in prior to 1400hrs on availability basis. To guarantee early check-in, pre-registration of previous
  nights accommodation is required

• Day use of Villas and Suites until 1800hrs - 50% of the rates on basis booked (on guaranteed basis)

• Use of Villas and Suites beyond 1800hrs - 100% of additional nights accommodation (on guaranteed basis)

Booking conditions & Cancellation policy 

General terms & conditions

• Government Bed Tax (currently US$8.00 per person) is subject to change on government notice and the individual guest will bear any increment in the
  same

• Pre-Payment shall be requested for all bookings

Grand Pavilions booking procedure and conditions

• All Bookings for the Grand Pavilions must be confirmed with 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to confirm the booking. 

• 30 days prior to arrival, full non-refundable payment of remaining accommodation charges is required (during the Festive season, balance to be paid 60 days prior to the arrival date)

• The Grand suite rate is applicable for up to 4 occupants including Room service Breakfast

Cancellation / No Show Policy for all villa categories (except the Grand Pavilions)

FESTIVE SEASON:

• Cancellation 90 to 60 days from arrival : 50% of the invoice amount

• Cancellation within 59 days from arrival :100% of the invoice amount

PEAK SEASON:

• Cancellation 45 to 30 days from arrival : 50% of the invoice amount

• Cancellation within 29 days from arrival :100% of the invoice amount

HIGH SEASON:

• Cancellation 30 to 15 days from arrival : 50% of the invoice amount

• Cancellation within 14 days from arrival :100% of the invoice amount

SHOULDER SEASON:

• Cancellation 14 to 7 days from arrival : 50% of the invoice amount

• Cancellation within 6 days from arrival :100% of the invoice amount

No-shows and early departures will be charged at 100% of the invoice amount
